作平面运动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构第Ⅱ类机构综合问题的再进一步研究

摘要 基于文献[1]第Ⅱ类机构综合问题的研究成果,在满足许用压力角条件下,选取一个适宜摇杆初位角θ50,通常存在一个对应的滚子中心整程区间套。通过一维搜索,得到摇杆初位角θ50可行区间套,对第Ⅱ类机构综合问题具有新的指导意义。文中给出了机构综合的一个算例。 This paper was based on the research achievement of second mechanism synthesis task in reference 1. A suitable rocker angle of θ50 was selected under satisfied pressure angle condition. Generally, the roller center 'whole nested interval' was existed. According to the one-dimension search, the initial angle θ50 'feasible nested interval' of the rocker was obtained. It was a guiding significance to the second mechanism synthesis problem. An example of the mechanism synthesis task was given in this paper.
