摘要
以自行车停放架为研究对象,设计了一种省时省力、方便存取的新型双层自行车停放架。分析了螺旋式、卡位式及双层自行车停放架的存放原理及在自行车存取过程中存在的问题;对比螺旋式、卡位式及双层式自行车停车架的结构。通过PRO/E三维建模及实物模型制作,证明新型双层自行车停放架较容易实现上层与下层自行车的存取,花费时间少,使用方便,占地小。在相同占地面积下,新型自行车停放架是螺旋式停车架存车量的1.6~2.5倍,是卡位式停车架的2倍。存放上层车辆,新型双层车架可节省人体消耗能量77J。
Taking bicycle parking rack as the research object, a new double layer bicycle parking rack was design, which has advantages of time-saving and easy to access. The storage principle and problems in the bicycle access process of screw type, card type, the current double bicycle parking rack were analyzed; and the bicycle parking rack structures were contrasted. Through 3D modeling using PRO/E and prototype, the new double bicycle parking rack was easy to access the upper and lower bicycle, less time, easy to use, small area occupation. In the same area, the new bicycle parking rack had 1.6-2.5 times parking capacity compared with screw type, 2 times compared to card type. When parking upper layer bicycle, energy consumption of the human body could be saved by 77 J.
