摘要
本文考虑将计算机程序看作波普尔的世界3成员,将计算机硬件本身视为世界1。在IT技术支持下,世界3可以与世界1互动。这种互动的最好范例是图灵机。未来社会可以还原为互动着的世界3与世界1机器,即图灵机。
The paper considers computer software as member of Popper＇s World 3,and hardware as that of the World 1.An interaction exists between the World 3 and World 1.The best example for such an interaction would be the Turing Machine.The future society may be restored into a kind of interaction machine between the World 3 and World 1,that is,Turing Machine.
