摘要 开展教学工作诊断与改进是新时期持续提升职业院校人才培养质量的重要举措,2015年以来,教育部出台一系列文件,全面推动教学工作诊断与改进的实施。职业院校要坚持"需求导向、自我保证、多元诊断、重在改进"的工作方针,在人才培养工作状态数据的基础上,构建全员全过程全方位的质量保证制度体系,持续提升人才培养质量。 To carry out diagnosis and improvement of the teaching work is an important measure for continuously improving talent training quality of vocational colleges in the new period.Since 2015,the Ministry of Education has issued a series of documents to comprehensively promote the diagnosis and improvement of teaching work.Vocational colleges should adhere to the work principle of "demand oriented,self-assurance,multivariate diagnosis,and improving focused",work,and on the basis of data in the personnel training status,build the staff-oriented,whole process of and omnidirectional quality assurance system,so as to continuously improve the quality of personnel training.
