中高职衔接“2+3”人才培养方案设计与实施——以焊接技术及自动化专业为例

Design and Implementation of “2+3” Talent Training Scheme Linking Secondary and Higher Vocational Education——The Case of Welding Technology and Automation Specialty

制定系统完整、一体化的人才培养方案是中高职衔接工作的核心,而政策支持、多方参与,目标明确、层级清晰,能力递进、整体优化,合理设置、对点衔接则是中高职人才培养方案设计的关键。以焊接技术及自动化专业为例,长春职业技术学院从专业人才目标确定、课程体系设计、课程设置、教学内容设计等方面实践了中高职衔接"2+3"人才培养,并提出在整体设计、分段培养模式下,教学质量监控、教学资源共享是中高职衔接一体化人才培养方案有效实施的保障。

To set up systematic and integrated talent training scheme is the core of the work of liking secondary with higher vocational education.And policy support and multiple participating,specific goals and clear hierarchy,ability progressive and the overall optimization,as well as reasonable setting and counter point linking are the key to talents training scheme design of secondary and higher vocational education.Illustrated by the case of welding technology and automation specialty,＂2＋3＂ talent training scheme linking secondary and higher vocational education is elaborated from professionals cultivating aim,curriculum system design,curriculum setting and teaching content design,and it is proposed,under the overall designed and piecewise cultivating mode,the teaching quality monitoring and teaching resources sharing are the guarantee to ensure the effective implementation of the linked and integrated talent training scheme of secondary and higher vocational education.
