高职中外合作教育项目人才培养模式实践——以深圳职业技术学院和西雅图城市大学合作的物流管理项目为例

Practices of Talent Cultivation Mode in Sino-foreign Educational Cooperation Program at Higher Vocational Colleges——The Case of Program of Logistics Management Cooperated by Shenzhen Polytechnic and Seattle City University

建立适合项目运作的人才培养模式是高职中外合作教育项目能否获得成功的关键。在人才培养模式的构建上,要树立"通专结合"的教育思想,梳理就业、深造等人才培养目标,组建专业、通识、语言等课程模块,重点解决学分互认、课程评价、文化认同等操作上的具体问题,强化教师在教学理念、教学方法等方面的培训,采用互动式、引导式、案例式、项目化的教学方法,提升人才培养质量,实现项目的人才培养目标。

The key to success of Sino-foreign educational cooperation program at higher vocational colleges lies in talent cultivation mode.In construction of talent cultivation mode,the educational conception of integration of generality and specialty,the talent cultivation goal of employment and further education,the courses of specialty,generality,and languages,the teaching method of interaction,guidance,and case study should all be taken into consideration to solve the problems of credit mutual recognition,curriculum assessment and cultural identity,so as to improve the quality of talent cultivation,then to achieve the talent cultivation goal of this project.
