中职学校塔型进阶式技能培养模式探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 针对中职专业课教学中机械性技能训练不能适应多样性技能成长需求,从而导致实习学生不能立即上岗的现状,制定符合中职生技能习得的规律,以及切合各专业技能培养目标和培养周期特点的技能进阶标准,建立从培养单项技能开始,进阶至组合技能,最后能综合运用技能,并搭建以阶段性技能评估为核心的技能标准塔。在优化师资结构、学习环境的过程中,逐步提升学生整体技能水平,实现中职生高就业率和高满意率。 The mechanical skills training can't adapt to the diversity growth quickly in secondary vocational course teaching now.This present situation leads to the result that our interns can't take on their posts immediately.This paper proposes to make some standards on skills promotion.The standards should confirm to the laws of student's skills acquisition as well as various professional skills cultivation target and the cycle characteristics.The skill standard tower,the skill training tower,the teaching qualification promoting tower and platform promoting tower will be built from three steps of training:single skills training,set of skills training and the integrated skills using.And high employment rate and high satisfaction of secondary vocational students will be come true during the process of better structure of teachers and better learning environment.
