载脂蛋白A5及其多态性与血浆甘油三酯及冠心病关系的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 载脂蛋白A5(apolipoprotein A5,APOA5)是近年来发现的一种具有脂质转运功能的载脂蛋白,对血浆甘油三酯水平有明显的调控作用,是心血管疾病的一个重要的独立危险因子。研究发现APOA5基因呈多态性,尤其是APOA5-1131T>C、56C>G、c.553G>T等位点与血浆甘油三酯及冠心病的发生发展关系密切,本文就此方面的研究现状作一综述。
