摘要 随着我国发电设备制造行业的快速发展,开发高效能焊接设备及焊接设备自动化水平的提升成为电站锅炉行业焊接技术的发展趋势。锅炉焊接是生产锅炉的过程中最为重要的一步,锅炉制造行业的水平直接依赖于锅炉的焊接技术水平,锅炉焊接工艺及技术的发展前景对于锅炉行业的可持续发展有着重要意义。主要阐述我国焊接技术设备以及关键部件焊接技术的现状,锅炉焊接的主要问题以及影响焊接质量的因素,最后展望锅炉焊接技术的发展前景。 With the rapid development of power generation equipment manufacturing industry in our country, the development of high-performance welding equipment and the level of welding equipment automation have become the development trend of welding technology in power boiler industry. Boiler welding is the most important step in the process for producing boiler, and the level of our country's boiler manufacturing industry depends directly on the level of the boiler welding technology. The prospect of process and technology for boiler industry is of great significance for sustainable development of the industry. This paper mainly introduces the present situation of welding technology and equipment, as well as the key components of welding technology in our country, the main problems in welding process and the influencing factors on welding quality, and finally shows the prospects of boiler welding technology.
