以就业为导向是我国职业教育发展的主旋律。职业教育要实现以就业为导向,要充分依靠和发挥行业的作用。主要对"发挥行业组织企业作用,推进以就业为导向的铁道通信信号专业人才培养模式"进行研究。有助于拓展全新的校企合作高职人才培养途径,对于提升高职人才教育质量,创建有特色的高职院校有重要意义。

Employment-oriented is the main melody of vocational education development in our country. Vocational education is to achieve employment oriented, to fully rely on and play the role of industry. This paper mainly researches on ＂letting the industry and enterprises play its role, and promoting the mode of ＇employment as guidance＇ in the railway signal professional personnel training＂. It helps to expand the approaches of new university-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational talents training and is significant to improve the quality of higher vocational education and to create distinctive higher vocational colleges.
