摘要
文化具有社会和产业双重属性,保险文化是保险公司的核心竞争力,对保险公司的发展具有很好地推动作用。对保险文化的认识在很大程度上决定着保险在社会中的发展水平和作用发挥。在我国保险业发展的短短几十年,保险文化由开始的单调贫乏逐步走向繁荣。我国在保险文化建设中取得了一些成绩,但也存在许多不足,如部分国民的保险消费观念还不成熟、诚信仍是保险业面临的重大问题、保险公司经营管理理念与科学完善的保险经营管理理念还存在差距以及保险文化创新能力较弱等。针对这些不足,应采取相应的措施进行改进,如树立长期发展的经营理念、将中华文化的优秀理念融入保险经营、培育高质量的保险人才以及鼓励保险文化创新等。
The culture has the dual attributes of society and industry. The insurance culture is the core competitively to insurance companies, and plays an important role in promoting the development of insurance companies. The awareness of the insurance culture determines the development level and the role of insurance in the society. In the past decades of the development of China's insurance industry, the insurance culture is gradually moving towards prosperity from poorness.In China's insurance cultural construction, we have made some progress, but there are also some deficiencies, such as immature insurance consumption concept, honesty, the gap between the insurance company management idea and scientific management philosophy, and the weak insurance culture innovation capability. In order to solve these problems, we should take corresponding measures for improvement, such as establishing long-term development of the business philosophy, integrating excellent idea of Chinese culture into the insurance business, cultivating the insurance of cultivating high quality talents and encouraging insurance culture innovation and so on.
