既有单位制老旧住区改造更新适宜性研究——以包头市昆都仑区友谊19小区为例

Study on the Suitability of Renovation and Renewal of Old Residential District in Existing Unit System——In Friendship 19 District of Kundulun District of Baotou City as an Example

笔者通过对空间使用对象的研究及量化其空间基本元素,重点论述狭义空间下的居住单元空间、商业单元空间、公共活动单元空间等三方面内容。从宏观、中观、微观三方面视角下分别选择三种不同尺度图形量化进行深入分析,将迭代法则运用于量化图形中,并通过数据的统计与整理对小区内部做以科学的分析。进而探讨如何通过调整空间布局手段及再利用"加法"来解决单位制住区的各种问题,以期为我国的单位制住区改造提出有益的建议。

Through the use of space object of study and quantify the basic elements of space, it focuses on three aspects dwelling units under a narrow space, commercial space unit, unit public activity space. From the macro, meso and micro perspective of three choose from three different quantization scale graphics-depth analysis, the iteration rule applied to quantify the graph and statistical data of the consolidation on the cell interior to do with scientific analysis, respectively. Further explore how space by adjusting the layout and reuse means ＂addition＂ to solve the various problems fall upon unit area, in order to fall upon the unit area for China＇s transformation of useful recommendations.
