摘要
基于汽车平顺性客观评价标准,应用Matlab应用软件设计各轴向的频率加权函数滤波器。以两款不同厂家同级别轿车为例,利用设计的频率加权函数滤波器对随机振动下加权加速度二次均方根值和冲击振动下振动剂量值进行计算比较及分析。分析结果表明,汽车平顺性评价指标的时域计算方法突破了传统频域计算方法无法计算振动剂量值的限制,进一步完善了汽车平顺性客观评价。
In this paper, the frequency weighting filter is designed to calculate the root mean square acceleration and the fourth power vibration dose value based on ride comfort objective evaluation standard by using MATLAB software. Taking two cars of different manufacturer for example, the root mean square acceleration under random input and the fourth power vibration dose value under pulse input are compared and analyzed. The results show that overall evaluation indexes of ride comfort can be cal- culated in time domain, which break through the limit of frequency method and improve the objective evaluation of ride.
