基于正交试验法的汽车后视镜风阻优化 被引量:4

摘要 用正交试验法对某款大型SUV的后视镜设计了9种优化方案,应用计算流体力学法对汽车外部流场进行三维数值分析。仿真分析表明,后视镜风阻占整车风阻系数的8.3%;后视镜的最佳优化方案可以使整车风阻降低0.56%。风洞试验表明,整车风阻实际降低0.63%,仿真计算误差小于1%,优化方案准确可行。 Orthogonal design of experiments was used to design nine kinds of experiments on rearview mirror which is attached to large SUV, and three dimensional numerical analysis of the external flow field of the vehicle is based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. A conclusion can be drawn from comparative analysis, the aerodynamic drag of rearview mirror for the whole is 8.3%; the best optimal aerodynamic model can make the vehicle wind resistance reduced by 0.56%. Tunnel test re- sults show that, the actual wind resistance of vehicle can be reduced by 0.63% and the error of simulated results is less than 1%, the best optimization solution is accurate and effective.
