摘要
基于AVL CRUISE软件平台建立了国内某款11 m天然气客车的整车仿真模型。设置动力性和基于美国FTP75循环工况的经济性计算任务,研究了原发动机加装增压器对整车动力性和经济性的影响。对7种不同的主减速比和5种变速箱采用正交优化设计思想建立35种匹配方案,对匹配方案进行性能仿真分析。最终采用去量纲化加权综合评价方法确定了比较合理的动力总成匹配方案。
Based on the AVL-CRUISE software, simulation models of a certain 11m natural gas passenger tins were estab- lished, setting power and economic performance task based on U.S. FTP75 driving cycle. And the influence of the supercharger's installation of the original engine towards the power and economic performance was studied, and 35 matching plans were built based on 7 differential ratios and 5 main gearboxes using orthogonal design to analyze the simulation perfornmnee. Eventually, the reasonable powertrain matching scheme was determined with the method of dimensionless weighting evaluation.
