摘要 针对发动机缸体孔隙复杂及积碳不易清除等问题,提出了基于机器视觉和模糊控制原理为基础的可变参数精准喷射清洗方案,根据图像处理得到的脏污度等级和传感器测得体积大小,控制喷头压力和流量,实现对发动机污渍定点定位清洗,保证发动机污渍彻底清洗干净的前提下,洗涤剂耗费量尽可能最低,对周围的污染较小。实践表明,该系统运行稳定,清洗效果良好。 In view of the engine cylinder block pore complex and the problem that carbon deposition was not easy to remove, variable parameter precision injection cleaning solution was put forward on the basis of machine vision and fuzzy control princi- ple. Based on the smudgy degree level from image processing and the size measured by the sensor, the pressure and flow of the nozzle were controlled, cleaning besmirch of engine fixed point and position was implemented. Under the premise of guaranteeing engine stain thoroughly cleaned, detergent consumption should be as minimum as possible, for less pollution to the surroundings. Practice shows that the system runs stably and cleaning effect is good.
