大伙房水源保护区藻类调查与水质提升对策

摘要 大伙房水库是沈阳及周边城镇重要的生活水源及工农业用水来源,其水质的好坏至关重要。我们通过网格法均匀布点,对大伙房水库不同水域进行采样,调查浮游藻类的种类和数量。研究发现,大伙房水库已经出现水体富营养化的指示藻类,水质呈现富营养化。氮、磷是引起水库富营养化的主要因素,水体富营养化会导致水生态系统内物种分布失衡,水质变坏,从而直接影响城市供水水质状况和饮用水安全性。本研究建立了以藻类为依据的大伙房水库水质预警系统,并提出预防水库水体富营养化应对水源保护区内的污染源进行综合治理,严格控制污染物排放的防治措施。 Dahuofang reservoir is an important source of domestic water and industrial and agricultural water in Shenyang and its surrounding towns; the water quality is very important. We collect water samples in different area of Dahuofang reservoir through grid method to investigate the quantity and quality of planktonic algae. The study shows that the indicator algae of water eutrophication is found in Dahuofang reservoir, and the water is eutrophic. Nitrogen and phosphor are the main factors that make the reservoir eutrophication, and reservoir eutrophication would cause imbalance of species distribution in water ecosystem, and deteriorate the water quality, thus affect the quality of urban water supply and the safety of drinking water. In this research, we establish the early warning system of water quality of Dahuofang reservoir based on algae, and propose that to prevent the reservoir eutrophication we should comprehensively control the pollution sources and limit the emission of pollution into reservoir.
