摘要
煤矿通风质量直接关系到井下工作面开采和掘进的安全,为保证进风质量,提出了一种基于微差压原理的矿用风筒风量传感器设计方案,主要采用基于M3内核的ADI微处理器ADUCM361控制整个系统的运行,内部集成的24位ADC采集经过微差压探头输出的信号,将其转换为相应的风速及风量值。着重介绍了风量检测原理、系统的硬件组成及软件设计。该设计方案已在煤矿现场得到了应用,满足了相关标准及用户的需求。
Mine ventilation quality is directly related to the safety of underground working face mining and tunneling, To grasp the quality of wind, put forward a based on the micro differential pressure principle of mine air flow duet sensor design scheme, mainly by controlling the operation of the whole system based on the M3 kernel of ADI microprocessor aducm361, its internal integrated 24 bit ADC acquisition through the micro differential pressure sensor output signal, the conversion values for the eon-esponding wind speed and air flow. This paper introduces the design of hardware and software of the system and air flow detection principle. This design has been applied in coal mine field, to meet the relevant standards and the needs of users.
