针对矿用铲车电力系统中驱动电路在实际使用中存在的问题,介绍了一种新型基于M57962AL的IGBT驱动电路,它具有驱动电源隔离、过流保护延时、过流保护监测电压可调、带软启动和预诊断功能等特性。该驱动电路通过功能测试和实际应用,使用效果优于进口488铲车的IGBT驱动器。
The driving circuit is used in the electric power system of the mining production vehicle. The problem of driving circuit in actual use is introduced. A new IGBT driver circuit based on M57962AL is introduced, which has the characteristics of driving power source isolation, over current protection, over current protection, monitoring voltage, soft start and pre diagnostic function. The driving circuit is tested and the practical application is better than the IGBT driver of the imported 488 production car.
