摘要 本文提出了一种高精度电导率测量方法。利用AD9833可编程波形发生器产生正弦波激励源信号,然后将此激励源信号加到电导率电极与固定精密电阻串联电路上。同时测量电导率电极上的电压有效值与流过电导率电极的电流有效值,用电流有效值除以电压有效值就得到了电导率,据此设计了一套高精度电导率测量仪。本电导率测量系统具有电路结构简单、集成度高、功耗低、性能稳定、便于实现等优点。实验证明,本方案对电导率测量具有重要的参考价值。 This paper brings out a high-precision measuring way of conductivity. In this system, programmable waveform generator AD9833 is applied to produce a sine wave as excitation source. This is done by applying the sine wave to the circuits consisted of the electrode and a precision resistance series. The RMS of the current divided by the RMS of the voltage between electrodes is the conductivity.The circuits are with simple structures, high integration, low power consumption and stable performance, easy to extract relevant characteristics. The experiment result shows that the scheme has important reference value for liquid conductivity measurement.
