西门子PLC S7-300通讯,在其基础上重点结合污水处理的实际工程,通过3台PLC之间的通信完成污水处理工程,本文具体介绍了通信设置及连接。3台PLC分为一主一从一独立,采用PROFIBUS进行通信,通过设置及编程完成通信。同时设有仿真实时监控界面及通信配置界面,真正做到PLC与PC机,PLC与PLC之间进行实时通信,完成工业现场的实时监控、操作,可以达到工业现场稳定、快速、精确的标准。使工控过程在顺畅的通信中完成安全稳定运行。
