摘要
目前国内汇流箱的生产标准比较宽泛,对于可靠性指标没有强制性规定。本文介绍了光伏汇流箱的工作原理及高海拔汇流箱主要电气件熔断器、防雷器、断路器参数选型要求及方法。阐述了光伏汇流箱通电检测,汇流箱温升试验,防护等级测试等验证方法,论证了光伏汇流箱的高可靠性及稳定性,确保汇流箱产品在太阳能光伏发电系统发挥最大功效。
At present, the combiner box production standards in broad terms, there is no mandatory requirement for reliability, this paper describes the working principle of PV combiner box and high altitude main electrical parts combiner box fuses, lightning protection devices, circuit breakers parameter selection requirements and methods. PV combiner box describes the power-on detecting, combiner box temperature rise test, protection class testing, verification methods, demonstrated high reliability and stability of PV combiner box to ensure that the combiner box products in the solar photovoltaic power generation system for maximum effectiveness.
