摘要
丙烯酸甲酯作为一种极为重要的合成聚合物的单体,广泛应用于合成胶黏剂、纺织、造纸、皮革、和塑料助剂等[1]领域,但丙烯酸甲酯自身极易聚合,这也是影响其装置运行周期的根本问题。为了延长丙烯酸甲酯装置的运行周期,更好地产生经济效益,本文对常规现场远传式仪表聚合、防护问题进行汇总,并对远传式仪表自身硬件状况及外部影响因素进行分析,通过改进仪表工作环境及仪表改造等方式,有效地降低了由丙烯酸甲酯聚合对仪表所造成的影响,从而保证丙烯酸甲酯生产的平稳运行。
Methyl acrylate(MA) as a kind of extremely important synthetic polymer monomer, its widely used in synthetic adhesion agent, textile, paper, leather and plastic additives, etc. But it is extremely easy to polymerization itself, and this is also the biggest question affect the plant operation cycle. In order to lengthen the operation cycle of the plant, getting a better economic benefit, in this paper, I summarize the instrument polymerization and protection issues, analysis the instrument's hardware condition and the external influence factors, by improving the instrument working environment and innovation of the instruments and other methods, trying to reduce methyl acrylate polymerization effect on the impact of the instruments, ensure the running of methyl acrylate plant production smoothly.
