摘要 在阳江核电站一期工程棒控棒位系统(RGL)设备设计中,将该系统的功能分为棒控逻辑控制、棒控驱动控制、棒位恒流激励与测量、棒位编码处理、服务客户架构与信息交换(网关),功能明确,层次清晰。RGL系统首次采用大规模现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的数字化技术实现驱动电流的闭环控制与检测,针对控制信号和棒位编码首次采用PLC冗余输入输出方式;首次在控制室设置该系统的远程工作站;系统工作站间通讯网络首次采用环形拓扑的光介质工业以太网,实现系统运行信息的集中管理。 In design of RGL system's equipment in Yang Jiang nuclear plant, the function of RGL system is divided into control logic of control rods, driving control rod, constant current excitation and measurement of control rod position, coding process of rod position, customer service framework and information exchange(gateway). It has a clear function and a clear hierarchy. RGL system firstly adopts large-scale field-programmable gate array(FPGA) digital technology. The closed-loop control and detection of drive current are achieved by it. And the control signal and the rod position encoding adopt redundant input and output mode of PLC for the first time. In the control room, set up remote workstation system for the first time. The inter-system communication network among workstations uses industrial ethernet of optical media's ring topology for the first time. It achieves centralized management of information on system operation.
