摘要
堆芯核测系统(RIC)IMCH系列逻辑模块国产化的过程中,需要对7种型号的逻辑模块进行功能测试,为了避免重复接线,减少大量重复工作引入的误差,节省人力和时间成本,本文针对IMCH系列逻辑模块的功能特性,研究了基于NI-LABVIEW的半实物仿真测试方法,并进行了验证。结果表明该测试系统不但提高了测试效率,而且提高了测试可靠性。
During localization development process of RIC IMCH series logic module, there are 7 types logic module which needed function test. In order to avoid duplication of wiring and reduces the error of repetitive word, saving time and labor costs, this paper researched a semi-physical simulation test method based on NI-LABVIEW and verified, according to function characteristics of IMCH series logic module. The results showed that the test system improved not only test efficiency, but also the reliability of the test.
