从日益发展的快递企业来说,物流成本的多少直接影响到企业的利润水平和竞争力。在这种条件下,如何加强成本控制,降低企业成本,是快递企业必须面对的重大问题。文章在快递成本控制相关理论基础上,结合民营快递企业物流成本控制的现状分析了顺丰快递企业物流成本控制的问题及原因,并针对性的提出了解决对策。

Based on delivery cost control related theory, combined with the present situation of the private courier enterprises logistics cost control is analyzed along abundant express delivery enterprises logistics cost control problems and reasons, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
