摘要
目前,物流业已成为我国重要产业之一。随着市场激烈竞争的加剧,中小物流企业暴露出许多问题,其中人力资源管理是制约其发展的重要因素之一。文章针对中小物流企业人力资源管理的特点,重点分析了中小物流企业人力资源管理出现的一些问题,从而提出相应改善策略,以对中小物流企业健康发展有所启示。
At present, the logistics industry has become one of the important industries in our country. With the fierce competition in the market, small and medium sized logistics en-terprises appear many problems, and human resource management is one of the important factors that restrict the development of small and medium enterprises. According the characteristics of human resource management in the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, the paper emphatically analyses the problems of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in human resource management, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies, which can be used for reference for the healthy development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.
