摘要 随着经济全球化的发展,供应链结构变得越来越复杂,在供应链工作效率不断提升的过程中,更多的风险逐渐出现。风险的存在给企业带来了潜在的威胁,一旦发生甚至可能导致供应链的中断。为了了解供应链的风险情况,必须对供应链中的风险因素进行识别和评价。文章应用TFNAHP(三角模糊数层次分析法)和TOPSIS方法对风险指标的风险大小进行评价,然后根据风险的相对大小提出了具有针对性的建议。 With the development of economic globalization, the structure of supply chain is becoming more and more complex. With the process of improving the efficiency of supply chain, more risks emerge. The existence of the risks has brought potential threat to the enterprises, once the occurrence of risk evens may lead to the disruption of supply chain. In order to understand the risk of supply chain, we must identify and evaluate the risk indexs. This paper evaluates the risk with TFN-AHP(Triangular fuzzy number-Analytic hierarchy process) and TOPSIS, then put forward some corresponding suggestions to the high risk index.
