摘要
为满足交通运输行业对专门人才的需求,提出按照"行业和学生需求——培养目标——职业能力——课程体系——执业能力——目标实现"的思路,重构交通运输工程专业学位硕士研究生课程体系。从课程资源平台建设、训练式教学、校企合作双元教学以及课程学习达标检验四个方面,探讨了如何建立实施模式。提出运用DMAIC六西格玛管理方法,持续改进课程体系的流程模型。最后提出建立"内部协同、外部融合、工读结合、创新培养"的教育保障措施,以确保研究生教育质量。
The regeneration of graduate curriculum system for professional master degree in traffic and transportation engineering is proposed to meet the demand of talents in traffic and transportation industry. It is suggested to adopt the idea with the logic of demand from industry and graduate-aim of cultivation-professional abilities-curriculum system-authorized professional abilities-aim achievement. The implementation mode is discussed from four dimensions which include curriculum resource platform, training teaching, dual system teaching and evaluation of curriculum. The DMAIC method in six-sigma theory is introduced into the continuous improving procedure on curriculum system. Finally, the safeguard measurement comprised of inner collaboration, outer integration,combination of practicing and learning and innovated education, is proposed to ensure the quality of graduate education.
