摘要 目的观察高速电钻磨除及低温等离子射频对鼻腔纤毛功能的影响。方法慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者40例分随机为两组,一组接受高速电钻磨除术,一组接受低温等离子射频手术,于术前及术后3个月应用糖精实验评价患者鼻腔的纤毛功能。结果 40例患者在术后3个月纤毛功能均基本恢复正常。结论高速电钻磨除及低温等离子射频手术均能改善慢性肥厚性鼻炎的鼻纤毛功能。 Objective To observe The influences of high-speed electric drill grinding、low-temperature radiofrequency on the nasal cilia function. Methods 40 cases of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups, one group received high-speed electric drill grinding surgery, another group received radiofrequency surgery. The preoperative and 3months postoperative saccharin experiment were used to evaluate the nasal cilia function. Results 3 months after surgery,all cases' cilia function returned to normal. Conclusion Both of the two surgery methods can improve chronic hypertrophic rhinitis nasal cilia function.
