异型南五味子总三萜对类风湿关节炎小鼠抗炎镇痛药效学研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察异型南五味子总三萜的抗炎镇痛的药效。方法昆明小鼠180只随机分为五组,包括空白对照组、阳性药对照组(1 mg·kg-1吲哚美辛)、总三萜组(高6 mg·kg-1、中3 mg·kg-1、低1 mg·kg-1三个剂量),通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验、醋酸致小鼠扭体反应实验、热板法测定小鼠痛阈值考察异型南五味子总三萜的抗炎镇痛效果。结果在改善小鼠耳肿胀度、扭体潜伏期、扭体反应的次数、扭体发生率、不同时间痛阈值等方面,总三萜各剂量组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后总三萜各剂量组与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后总三萜高剂量组与阳性药对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异型南五味子总三萜对小鼠的急性炎性反应、物理化学性刺激引起的疼痛有抑制作用,总三萜高剂量具有明显的抗炎镇痛效果。 Objective To observe anti-inflammatory analgesic effect of Alien kadsura total triterpenes.Methods A total of 180 mice from Kunming were randomized into 5 groups,including blank control group,positive control group (1 mg·kg -1 indomethacin),total triterpenoid group (high,medium and low doses,6 mg·kg -1 ,3 mg·kg -1 and 1 mg·kg -1 ,respectively).We examined anti-inflam-matory analgesic effect of aliens kadsura total triterpenoid through Xylene induced mouse ear swelling experiment,body torsion induced by acetic acid and measurement of mice pain threshold by hot plate method.Results There were significant differences among groups with different doses in improvement of the mouse ear swelling,incubation period of body torsion,the number of body torsion reaction,the incidence of body torsion,and pain threshold at different time before and after treatment (P 〈0.05).After treatment there were signifi-cant differences between groups with different doses and blank control group (P 〈0.05)while there was no significant difference be-tween high dose group and positive control group (P 〉0.05).Conclusions Alien kadsura total triterpenes has inhibitory effect on a-cute inflammation and pain caused by physical or chemical stimulation of mice,therefore,high dose of total triterpene has obvious anti-inflammatory analgesic effect.
