摘要
采用表面活性剂协同微波萃取技术对金针菇中的总多酚进行了提取研究。建立了对金针菇中总多酚的分析方法,通过正交实验得到了最佳提取工艺条件:表面活性剂选择SDS,浓度4.0 g/L,粒径120目,微波提取时间180 s,料液比1:50(g:m L),此时的提取得率为0.703%。
In this paper, the surfactant assisted microwave extraction was adopted to the extraction of total polyphenol from needle mushroom. The analysis method of total polyphenols from needle mushroom was established. After the orthogonal test, the best extraction technology conditions shows: SDS 4.0 g/L, Particle size 120,microwave extraction time 180 s, liquid to solid ratio 50 mL/g. Under this condition the yield of total polyphenol was 0.703%.
