风电机组潜在失效模式分析参数设计探讨

摘要 可靠性对在役风电机组的持续稳定运行十分关键,而潜在失效模式和影响分析作为可靠性体系的基础受到关注,但是风电机组的潜在失效模式和影响分析还很不成熟,尤其是风电机组系统的潜在失效模式分析中涉及的三个评估参数(严酷度、发生频度与可探测度)目前还难以准确量化。本文首先介绍了当前风电机组可靠性研究工作的进展情况,接着针对评估参数量化问题,依据风电机组控制系统对整机故障等级分类方法,并结合现场的机组故障统计数据与供应商的经验数据,以及现场故障检测条件和难度,展开了对评估参数规则设计研究的探索工作的论述。 Liability is very critical for wind turbines to operate stably in the whole work life. Potential failure modes and effectsanalysis (FMEA) are concerned as basis of reliability system, but FMEA for wind turbines cannot fulfill current requirements of wind turbine's manufacturers and owners of wind farms yet. Especially the three evaluation parameters (Severity, Frequency and Detection) in FMEA for wind turbines do not reach technical requirement of qualification accurately. This paper firstly introduces current work process on wind turbine's reliability research. For qualification of evaluation parameters, exploration for fomlula design of parameters is described according to classification method of wind turbine's error rank in control system, statistic data of wind turbines on site including supplier's experience data, and inspection conditions and difficulty for wind turbine's errors on site.
