摘要
简要分析了我国海水淡化产业发展的现状和存在的问题;明确了海水淡化产业发展的方向和原则;提出了发展我国海水淡化产业的战略和主要任务。本文指出要全面系统地研究和创造性地建立海水淡化产业体系并建立与之相应的发展机制。
The current situation and existing problems of the development of seawater desalination industry was analyzed, the directions and principles was confirmed, and the strategies and primary missions were put forward. The seawater desalination industry system should be researched comprehensively and systematically, built creatively, and the relevant development mechanism should be established.
