摘要
分析了硅基光互连技术的特点与其优势,归纳了几种用于硅基光互连的主要器件和相关性能参数。对硅基光互连网络的网络结构和交换机制进行研究分析后,指出了目前技术的主要问题,并提出了未来硅基光互连的研究应集中在光源集成、减小噪声串扰和优化网络结构等方面。
This paper makes the description of silicon-based optical interconnection technology and its advan-tages, then enumerats some major components used for silicon-based optical intereonneetion and the relatedperformance parameters. After analyzing the network structure and the interchange mechanism of the sili-con-based optical interconnection network, the paper proposes the main problems at present, designates thefuture research direction of silicon-based optical interconneetion network should concentrate on integratedlight source, crosstalk reducing and the optimization of network structure and so on.
