UPLC法同时测定通天口服液中的3种有效成分

Simultaneous determination of three kinds of effective components in Tongtian oral liquid by UPLC

目的采用UPLC法同时测定通天口服液中没食子酸、天麻素和芍药苷的含量。方法采用Zorbax Eclipse Plus C_(18)柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速0.3 m L·min^(-1),检测波长230 nm,柱温25℃。结果没食子酸、天麻素和芍药苷的线性范围分别为23.84~238.4、9.552~95.52、33.56~335.6 ng;平均加样回收率分别为100.2%、101.0%、101.0%,RSD分别为1.6%、1.8%、1.5%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确,可为通天口服液的质量控制提供参考。

OBJECTIVE To develop a UPLC method for simultaneous determination of gallic acid, gastrodine and peoniflorin in Tongtian oral liquid. METHODS A Zorbax Eclipse Plus Cis column（ 100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm） was used for the separation, and the mobile phase was in the program of gradient elution consisting of acetonitrile and 0.05% aqueous phosphate acid with the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm with the column temperature of 25 ℃. RESULTS The calibration curves were linear within the ranges of 23.84 - 238.4, 9. 552 - 95.52 and 33.56 - 335.6 ng, respectively. The average recovery rates were 100. 2% ,101.0% and 101.0% with the RSD of 1.6%, 1.8% and 1.5% （ n = 6）, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Tongtian oral liquid.
