摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定香连金黄软膏中的黄芩苷和姜黄素。方法采用C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长分别为280 nm(黄芩苷)和430 nm(姜黄素)。结果黄芩苷0.1020~1.2750μg(r=0.9999)、姜黄素0.0250~0.3125μg(r=0.9999)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为98.93%、99.53%,RSD分别为1.24%、1.32%。结论所用方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于香连金黄软膏的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To detect baicalin and curcumin in Xianglian Jinhuang ointment (XJO) by HPLC. METHODS A C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)was adopted. The column temperature was 30 ℃, and the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.2% phos-phoric acid gradient elution was used with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelengths were 280 nm for baicalin and 430 nm for curcumin. RESULTS The linear range of baicalin and curcumin were 0. 1020 - 1. 2750 μg ( r = 0. 9999) and 0. 0250 - 0. 3125 μg (r = 0. 9999 ), and the average recovery rates were 98.93% and 99.53% with the RSD of 1. 24% and 1. 32% , resenectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of XJO.
