摘要
奶牛子宫内膜炎是一种常见疾病,可造成奶牛的受孕率下降甚至不育,给养牛业带来巨大的经济损失。目前,国内外对子宫内膜炎的研究主要集中在对临床病例的流行病学调查和对体外培养内皮细胞生物学特性的观测。本试验通过手术并结合子宫腔内人工接种大肠杆菌的方法,建立山羊子宫内膜炎疾病模型,观测子宫内膜炎山羊的生理指标、血液指标的变化,以揭示奶牛子宫内膜炎的发病机理。
Endometritis in cows is a common disease that can cause pregnancy rate dropped and e- ven infertility,bring huge economic losses in the cows breeding industry. At present, the research on endometriosis is mainly focused on clinical cases of epidemiological investigation and observa- tion of biological characteristics of cultured endothelial cells. By the methods of surgery operation and artificial infection,a pathological model of endometritis were established in the female goat to investigate the pathogenesis,which was based on observing the physiological index, bloody index, uterine secretions,uhrastructural and pathology changes of uterine wall in ill goat.
