摘要
猫科动物是弓形虫的终末宿主,可排泄弓形虫卵囊。本文综述了弓形虫缓殖子、速殖子和卵囊感染猫科动物的效率,整理了弓形虫缓殖子在猫小肠上皮细胞内的无性和有性生殖各阶段的结构特点,无性发育阶段裂殖体的特点,从而有助于进一步了解弓形虫的发育过程,为弓形虫的保存、传代、疫苗及致病机制研究提供参考资料。
Felids are definitive host for T. gondii. They could shed T. gondii oocysts. The efficiency of shedding oocysts after cats ingesting three infections stages of T. gondii (tachyzoites, bradyzoi- tes and oocysts)was summarized in this paper. The review focuses on the characteristics of each stage of schizonts,the asexual and sexual stages of T. gondii in small intestine of cats, aiming at providing some reference data for saving, subpassage,understanding vaccine and pathogenic mech- anism for T. gondii.
