王毅刚针灸疗法治疗老年面瘫患者的疗效及机制

The therapeutic effect and mechanism of WANG Yi-Gang acupuncture therapy on the treatment of elderly patients with facial paralysis

目的探讨王毅刚针灸疗法对老年面瘫患者的临床疗效并进行理论探索。方法选择该院2014年6月至2015年5月收治的符合纳入标准的患者80例为研究对象,随机分为实验组40例和对照组40例,实验组采用"祛风解毒活络汤"加减配以"面动-翳风"穴法治疗,对照组采用西医内科常规治疗方法治疗,治疗周期均为30 d。观察两组患者自开始治疗起第7、15、20、30天的House-Brackmann评分及治疗结束后的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗结束后的总有效率均为100%,实验组患者的痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05),除第7天外,其余时间点实验组的House-Brackmann评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论王毅刚针灸疗法治疗老年面瘫患者疗效确切,所选穴位具有很强的理论支撑,汤药组方中味数少,患者依从性较好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of WANG Yi -Gang acupuncture therapy on the treatment of elderly patients with facial paralysis .Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into control （40 cases） and experimental groups （40 ca-ses）.The experimental group was treated with QufengJieDuHuoluo Decoction and ＂MianDong-Yifeng＂acupoints therapy, the control group was treated with routine treatment.The House-Brackmann scores of the 7,15,20,30 days since the beginning of treatment were observed .Re-sults The total effective rate of the two groups were 100%, the cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The House-Brackmann scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group at other time except for the sev -enth day（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The treatment of WANG Yi-Gang acupuncture therapy on elderly patients with facial paralysis is effec -tive.It＇s points have strong theoretical support , and it＇s prescription has less number of herbs , so it is worthy of promotion.
