城市社区慢性病老年人护理服务需求及影响因素

The nursing service demand and influencing factors of the elderly with chronic diseases in urban communities

目的探讨潍坊市城市社区慢性病老年人对社区护理服务项目的需求情况并分析相关的影响因素。方法采用多阶段随机分层抽样方法,抽取社区老年人进行问卷调查。对数据资料进行描述性统计和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果慢性病老年人需求的护理项目前五位是一般疾病护理、慢性病长期护理、安全用药指导、定期随访、康复护理和指导,而对临终护理的需求最少。其护理服务需求随着年龄的增长、文化程度的提高、患病种类的增多、自理能力的丧失、社会支持的减弱而提高,其中男性比女性对护理服务的需求更强烈。结论慢性病老年人对护理服务项目的需求十分强烈,为保证老年人的大部分健康护理需求在社区层面得到满足,社区卫生服务机构应大力开展有针对性的护理服务项目,实现社区守门效应,提高老年人口生活质量。

Objective To investigate the community nursing services demand of the elderly with chronic disease in Weifang , and analyze the related factors.Methods A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the elderly .Results The top five nursing programs of the elderly with chronic diseases were the common diseases care , long-term care for chronic diseases, safe medica-tion guidance, regular follow-up, rehabilitation nursing and guidance .The community nursing services demands were increasing with the de -mand for nursing services with the growth of the age , educational level, type of disease, the self-care ability of the loss, social support weak-ened,and the male had more nursing services than the female .Conclusions The elderly with chronic diseases have strongly demand for nursing service, in order to ensure the most health care demand to be met , community health service institutions should vigorously carry out nursing service projects, achieving the community gatekeepers effect , increasing the life quality of the elderly population .
