摘要
为了提高软件产品研制过程的质量,提出了一种将质量要求嵌入软件工程化管理流程的航空软件研制过程质量管理评价方法。该评价方法中,软件研制过程的关键实践和子实践对应一套量化评价指标和评价准则,评分结果对应质量管理成熟度等级,实现了用质量管理成熟度等级量化评价代替传统的质量管理体系符合性定性评价。为了验证该方法的科学性和实践性,运用经典测度理论和相关分析、因子分析等方法,分析了其内部一致性信度、结构效度和效标关联效度,确保其信度和效度满足要求;运用实证研究法,研究了某研究所软件研制过程质量管理评价案例,以验证该评价方法在企业层面的可行性。
To improve the process quality of software,an evaluation method for aviation software development processes which embedded quality requirements in software engineering management was presented.Key practices and their sub-practices of software development processes were corresponded to a set of quantitative evaluation indexes and criterions,while score results were corresponded to the quantitative evaluation of quality management maturity level instead of the traditional qualitative evaluation of quality management system compliance.To verify the scientificity and practicality of this method,the internal consistency reliability,construct validity and criterion related validity were analyzed with classical test theory and correlation analysis,factor analysis and so on.A case study on the quality management evaluation of software development processes in a research institute was researched based on empirical research.The result showed the feasibility of this method at the enterprise level.
