上海市高校学生性短信收发现状及影响因素分析 被引量:2

Sexting and influential factors among college students in Shanghai

摘要 目的了解上海市高校学生性短信收发情况及其影响因素,为指导大学生科学合理使用现代通讯平台提供参考。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对上海市3所本专科院校的384名学生进行问卷调查,用Logistic回归分析青少年性短信行为的影响因素。结果持开放、不确定、保守3种性态度的学生比例分别为30.7%,34.1%,35.2%。65名被调查者有过性短信行为,其中男生44名,女生21名,51名有恋爱经历。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性态度开放或不确定者要求他人发送私密照给自己和被要求发送私密照给他人的概率分别是性态度保守者的6.18倍(95%CI=1.88-20.34)和1.92倍(95%CI=1.12-3.28),有恋爱经历者发生以上2种行为的概率分别是无恋爱经历者的11.26倍(95%CI=2.35-53.88)和2.32倍(95%CI=1.01-5.35)。结论上海市高校学生收发性短信行为有一定的比例,男性、有恋爱关系和性态度开放是可能的影响因素。 Objective To understand the prevalence and determinants of sexting among college students in Shanghai.Methods The anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 384 students coming from 3 colleges in Shanghai by using cluster sampling method. Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influential factors. Results Sixty-five respondents,including 44 male students and 21 female students, had sexting behaviors, and the number of students in relationship was 51. Logistic regression shows that, compared with those who took conservative attitude towards sex, students with open or uncertain attitude were 6.18( 95%CI: 1.88-20.34) times and 1.92( 95% CI: 1.12-3.28) times more likely to ask others to send naked pictures and being asked to send naked pictures, respectively. The probabilities of those in relationship having above two kinds of sexting behaviors were 11.26( 95% CI: 2.35-53.88) times and 2.32( 95% CI: 1.01-5.35) times respectively higher than those who were not in relationship. Conclusion The prevalence of sexting among adolescents in Shanghai is moderate. Male, being in a relationship and having an open sexual attitude are the risk factors of sexting among college students in Shanghai.
