摘要
介绍了宁夏中卫云计算数据中心采用的直接新风蒸发冷却为主要冷源,风冷冷水机组和干冷器为辅助和备用冷源的空调系统。该系统利用当地干燥凉爽的室外新风,经过过滤器、盘管墙等设备段,由送风机直接送入主机房,冷空气通过冷通道、机柜、热通道的换热过程,将机柜的热量带出,最后排至室外。该系统是蒸发冷却空调在数据中心机房空调领域应用的探索,对降低机房PUE值有一定的贡献。
Presents the air conditioning system that using direct evaporative cooling as main cooling source while air-cooled chiller and dry cooler as auxiliary cooling source in Ningxia Zhongwei cloud data center. In this system, the dry and cool outdoor air is supplied to the data room by the supply fan through the filters, coils and other functional sections. The cool air passes the cooling channels, cabinets and thermal channels in turn and finally takes away the heat of cabinets. This system applies evaporative cooling air conditioning system in the field of data center, which has a certain contribution to reduce the PUE value of the room.
