摘要
以BIM技术新方向探索为主要目标,基于暖通空调领域的应用特点,引入以综合数据平台、数据库技术、地理信息技术、三维扫描技术等BIM新技术。利用暖通空调领域的设计流程和工程经验给出新技术选择的基本要求,按照提高生产效率的目标寻找对应的有效途径,给出相关应用实例。研究表明,BIM技术对暖通空调全寿命周期的设计、施工及运维的质量有较大提升,同时能缩短设计施工周期,减少相关过程中的矛盾。
Based on the characteristics of application in the field of HVAC, introduces new BIM technology like data platform, database technology, geographic information technology and 3D scanning technology in order to explore its new direction. Using the design process and engineering experience of HVAC, gives the basic requirements of the new technology. Seeking corresponding efficient path for the object of improving production efficiency, provides relevant practical engineering application examples. The research shows that BIM technology can improve the quality of design, construction and operation in the whole life cycle. At the same time, it can shorten the period of design and construction and reduce the contradictions in the process.
