摘要 对首钢京唐1号高炉喷吹煤粉的粒度组成和不同粒度煤粉燃烧特性进行了研究,并在京唐1号高炉进行放宽煤粉粒径的工业试验。结果表明,在高炉生产保持稳定和顺行,原燃料条件基本不变的条件下,放宽煤粉粒径后磨煤机生产能力增加10%左右,高炉内煤粉利用率基本上没有大的变化。认为在进行烟煤和无烟煤混合喷吹的条件下,完全可以降低小于75μm煤粉的比例,不必按传统的做法将该比例控制在80%左右。 Size composition and combustion characteristic of different sizes of pulverized coal injected into Shougang Jing- tang's No. 1 BF are analyzed, followed by industrial test of properly releasing the pulverized coal particle size limitation. It is proved that under the conditions of the raw material and fuel basically unchanged, smooth and stable running of BF operation, the utilization of pulverized coal in BF does not change greatly when the limitation to pulverized coal particle size is appropriately liberated, instead, the production capacity of coal mill can increase by around 10%. The author points out that the proportion of pulverized coal with size less than 75μm can be decreased without necessity of keeping it at about 80% as conventionally under the precondition of mixed injection of bituminous coal and anthracite.
