摘要
通过理论分析,并结合青钢新老厂区多年现场实际生产情况,对青钢高炉渣中适宜镁铝比进行了探讨。在青钢原燃料条件下,对于老区500m^3高炉,适宜镁铝比为0.65左右;对于新区1800m^3高炉,适宜镁铝比为0.50,后期随冶炼条件的改善,可以继续降低。青钢高炉生产实践表明,高炉适宜镁铝比很大程度上取决于高炉的原燃料条件和操作环境。
The study is made on suitable MgO-Al2O3 ratio in slag from Qingdao Steel's BF based on theoretical analysis and years of actual production experience in the new and old plant area of Qingdao Steel. Under the same raw material and fuel condition, the suitable MgO-Al2O3 ratio in slag from 500m3 BF in the old plant area is 0.65, and that from 1800m3 BF slag in the new plant area is 0.50, which can be reduced further along with the improvement of smelting condition. The practical production of Qingdao Steel's blast furnace shows that the suitable MgO-Al2O3 ratio greatly depends on the conditions of raw material and fuel, and the operation environment of blast furnace.
