融合与重构:大资管时代金融人才培养机制创新——基于互联网思维的视角 被引量:23

Integration and Reconstruction of Mechanism Innovation of Financial Personnel Cultivating in Large Information Era

摘要 大资管时代符合市场需求的金融人才缺失已成为新金融业态变革的核心阻力,如何破解并培养能够适应信息化、网络化等大资管时代特征的具备通识知识、创新意识、互联思维和实践能力的应用型、复合型金融人才是业界关注的焦点。要破解这一难题,我们需要在人才培养机制上做出相应的变革与调整,基于互联网思维的视角,采用以"市场化、能力本位"为基础,按照应用型、复合型原则,将传统金融专业知识与跨界通识知识、校内校外培养机制进行融合的基础上,进一步在思维方式、价值理念、培养体系方面进行重构,最终造就符合大资管时代特征要求的应用型、复合型金融"通才"。 The lack of financial professionals who can meet the market demand has become the core of resist- ance of new financial format reform in large information era. And it is a focus of attention of how to cultivate application-oriented and integrated professionals with general knowledge, sense of innova- tion, biassociative thinking, and application ability. To solve the problem, reform and adjustments should be made in the personnel cultivating mechanism. From the perspective of the biassociative thinking and with the basis of "market-oriented, ability-based", efforts should be made to integrate traditional financial knowledge, interdisciplinary knowledge and the cultivating mode on campus and off, with the focus of application-oriented and integration. And lastly reconstruction should proceed in the aspects of ways of thinking, values and cultivating system, in order to cultivate all-round profes- sionals in the era of large information.
