摘要
《职业院校管理水平提升行动计划(2015—2018年)》要求:"针对学校常规管理中的薄弱环节和突出问题,立知、立行、立改,对症施治、标本兼治,全面提高管理工作的有效性"。调查表明,高职院校常规管理中存在着职权配置错位、方法手段落后、基本规律忽视、资源管理薄弱等问题。为此,需要我们加速建设利益相关者共同参与的内部治理结构,实施"学院模式"管理,创新管理制度体系,塑造高职院校精神,提升管理人员素质。
It has been mentioned in Action Plan of Enhancing Management Effectiveness of Vocational Col- leges (2015-2018) that. as for the existing problems and and vulnerable spot, colleges have to know a- bout and resolve them appropriately and eliminate the root causes in order to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of management. The investigation shows that there lie problems in vocational colle- ges such as wrong distribution of powers, outdated management methods, neglect of basic rules, and weak resource management. Herewith, colleges should speed up the construction of internal govern- ance structure jointly participated by stakeholders, and innovate the management system, adopt col- lege management model, cultivate colleges' spirits, and improve the qualification of administrative staff.
