肾脏体外常温机械灌注的研究进展

摘要 公民逝世后器官捐献(DCD)供者器官与活体供者来源的器官相比,经历了更长的热缺血时间,对冷缺血损伤也更加敏感,移植术后早期移植物功能丧失、原发性移植物无功能(PNF)等并发症的发生率明显升高,因此对供肾的保存方法提出了更高的要求[5]。目前,移植物的保存主要通过低温(0~4℃)降低细胞代谢水平,同时通过灌注液或保存液中的抗氧化物质来减少氧自由基对组织的损伤,然而低温时器官能量代谢水平及其他酶活性也下降,
